These headsets include removable boom mics and a low-latency wireless transmitter for flawless communication and nearly latency-free audio during gameplay.

Is a wired or wireless headset better for gaming?

Wired and wireless gaming headsets each have their advantages and disadvantages. Wireless headsets have longer range than the wired variety and provide the freedom of gameplay without wires. Wired headsets are generally less expensive and you don’t have to charge batteries to use them. To alleviate the pain of this last disadvantage, Skullcandy wireless gaming headsets include a cord in case you forget to charge your headset.
