I love these headphones, but

"I love these headphones, but am sorely disappointed in the aftercare. I recently lost the charging dock for my EcoBuds, and when I contacted Skullcandy about purchasing a replacement dock, I was told there is no way to do that. So now, the headphones I bought specifically because of the “50% reduction in EcoBuds’ carbon footprint” are trash, because I don’t have a way to charge them when their batteries die. I don’t understand this attitude, and am unlikely to purchase Skullcandy products again because of it."

It's okay for what you're

"It's okay for what you're paying for. It charges pretty fast by plugging it directly into your phone in just a few minutes. Not having the battery inside the case to charge the buds while they are in the case is not really a deal-breaker since they charge from empty to full in such a short space of time. The sound is not mind-blowing or anything, but you cannot expect top-tier audio from a pair of buds that cost less than $30. 00. The case is very tiny, and it doesn't have a lid to close the buds inside the case, but the magnets that hold the buds in the case are pretty strong."

Bad company

"I would not give you a good review if it was the last thing on earth. I literally had these earbuds less than 20 minutes and the right one would not connect. I reached out to you guys. The customer service here sucks and all you could tell me was do I have to send it back and I have to wait 14 business days for a refund. There was nothing you could do. I didn’t get any help at all. They were literally brand new like 20 minutes old. Your customer service is awful. I would never purchase anything from you again."
